Judith Gardiner leads the Growth and Emerging Markets (GEMs) group of countries in the EMEA Region.  She is responsible for aligning regional goals with our global strategy and ensuring that these markets deliver so our customers have access to all the right places, partners and possibilities they need to successfully achieve their digital transformation goals. 

Before being appointed to lead the GEMs group of countries, Judith held the role of Chief of Staff for EMEA leading multiple high impact projects in the region.

Judith joined Equinix from Polycom, where she held management positions in Finance and Sales Operations in Europe.  Prior to that Judith worked at Peoplesoft (now Oracle) and Deloitte where she spent five years in the Audit division.

Judith qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
