With over 15 years of multinational experience in the Technology sector, Julius offers high-profile strategic planning and advisory, quantifying potential markets and investment risks for Telkom’s growth. 

He joined Telkom in the capacity of Director, Corporate Development, later, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, before assuming his current role as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. 

He has served at IBM and Nokia Networks, building extensive industry experience and tactical governance to grow strategic partnerships aligned with business priorities.

Julius holds a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Strathmore University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Management at the same university.
