Matthew has held various executive position having worked and led teams across Africa and the United Kingdom. These have been key strategic roles across development management and project deliver and the management of high-performing teams.

Matthew has experience that covers multiple sectors, including data centres, , commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use developments and fit-outs. His expertise is a particular focus on planning and delivery strategy from pre-development to construction of Capital Projects.

Matthew started is career having gained experience with an International General Contractor where he held the role of commercial engineer for projects across Africa and in the United Kingdom – thereafter holding a Project Director position for a global design firm. This role included the delivery of Design & Build projects through the bid, planning and delivery stages of the project.

More recently he has played an integral role in the management of teams and projects across Sub-Saharan Africa – and the leads the Africa Data Center service for JLL. These services include development and project management, project controls, planning & programming, procurement strategy, cost reporting, design management and risk management.
