Tom Pegrume is a highly accomplished sales executive with over two decades of experience leading successful teams across the EMEA and Emerging Markets. With a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, Tom has held senior leadership roles at tech giants such as Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Hitachi Vantara. Throughout his career, Tom has excelled at turning around underperforming regions, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia and CIS.

As Vice President for EMEA at Hitachi Vantara, Tom achieved remarkable success, driving significant revenue growth and leading the best-performing EMEA sales region in FY22. Tom’s strategic vision, combined with his ability to build strong partnerships, has consistently delivered outstanding results even in challenging markets.

At Oracle, Tom executed an investment and growth plan across Africa, delivering a remarkable return on investment within 18 months. He has been recognized with numerous accolades for his leadership and performance, including awards for "Best Performing VP EMEA" for his contributions to turnarounds, revenue growth, and net profit increases.

Tom holds a background in strategic management from Henley Business School. His career has been marked by his ability to build strong diverse teams, foster strategic partnerships, and deliver top-line growth across multiple regions, often during challenging economic conditions.

Currently, Tom serves as the EVP of Sales and Marketing at Raxio Data Centres, where he oversees sales and go-to-market strategies across multiple countries. His expertise spans across various technologies and industries, including cloud, big data, cybersecurity, IoT, networking, analytics and enterprise storage solutions. With extensive experience in both developed and emerging markets, Tom is a visionary leader who excels at building strong teams, fostering innovation, and delivering sustained growth.
