The only affiliated methods for booking hotel rooms are via HotelMap website below.  If you are contacted by anyone else saying they are affiliated with our event, we recommend that you do not book with them.  While they may appear to offer special rates and discounts, unauthorised companies typically require non-refundable prepaid reservations, charge cancellation, and change fees, and may move customers to alternative hotels without notice. We have even heard of instances where such offers are scams and reservations are never actually made. If you are contacted by anyone other than our official partners, please let us know immediately by emailing our customer service team.
